Hi, Amalorpava Mary!
We are so glad to be able to write this letter to you in the same way as we are
glad to be able to support your studies.
We are children tourist party that regularly once a week meets. We go to lots of
trips, play various games, examine the nature and learn backwoods skills. Our
party contains 36 children and 10 instructors. We are sending you our (best)
photo from the summer camp together with the letter.
Let us tell you several words about our country. The Czech Republic – lies in the very heart of Europe. We live in the small town of Zdar nad Sazavou. Winter is starting here now and on the 24th of December we had Christmas (Christian festival). Our party goes feeding the animals to the forest every year; it is a kind of tradition. We always decorate a tree in the wood with apples, carrots and sponge. Animals can then eat whatever they want. It helps them to survive, because their usual food is covered with snow. Every year there is about 1 meter of snow in the winter. The winter takes about 3 months, the temperatures are very low. Do you want to see what the winter is like here? We are sure you do so we are sending you our winter photo too.

Ahoj Amalorpava Mary,
jsme rádi, že ti můžeme napsat tento dopis a také že ti můžeme pomáhat chodit do
školy a učit se.
Jsme dětský turistický oddíl, který se pravdidelně schází mimo školní čas,
chodíme na výlety, hrajeme různé hry, poznáváme přírodu a učíme se zálesácké
dovednosti. Náš oddíl má 36 dětí a 10 vedoucích. Posíláme ti také naši společnou
fotku z letního tábora.
Nyní ti napíšeme několik slov o naší zemi. Česká Republika leží ve středu Evropy. Bydlíme v malém městě Žďár nad Sázavou. Nyní u nás začíná zimní období a 24. prosince jsme měli Vánoce. S naším oddílem každý rok na vánoce chodíme krmit zvířátka do lesa, ozdobíme nějaký stromek v lese jablky, mrkví a suché pečivo a zvířátka si to pak můžou sníst, protože jejich potrava je pokryta sněhem. Každý rok v zimě zde máme okolo 1 metru sněhu, to trvá asi 3 měsíce a teploty jsou velmi nízké. Posíláme ti také zimní fotku.
Budeme velice rádi, pokud nám také pošleš dopis, ve kterém napíšeš informace o sobě a tvé rodině. Napiš nám prosím jak se ti daří ve škole a co obvykle děláš ve tvém volném čase. Také můžeš napsat o počasí ve tvé zemi a jestli se scházíš s tvými kamarády mimo školu.
Přejeme tobě a celé tvé rodině hodně zdraví, lásky a velice se těšíme na zprávy od tebe.
